tardiness

If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call or text at your earliest convenience. Please note if you are more than 10 minutes late, your service time may need to be adjusted (no product, blow-dry, etc.), rescheduled, or canceled.

Patterns of tardiness may result in requirement of a non-refundable deposit of 50-100% of the service price at the time of booking.

cancellations

We understand sickness and emergencies happen, and we are filled with grace to extend in those circumstances. However, cancellations affect the salon and the livelihoods of our stylists.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge. Canceling within 24-48 hours allows us to attempt to fill your appointment by calling our waitlist. If the appointment is not filled, or if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours, the client will be subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. This charge must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Cancelling less than an hour before your service time (considered a “no show”) will incur a charge of 75% of the cost of the scheduled service, to be paid before booking any future appointments.

Patterns of cancellations may result in requirement of a non-refundable deposit of 50-100% of the service price at the time of booking.

refunds

Our mission is to ensure each and every client’s satisfaction; however, services cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied with your stylist’s work, you must return to the salon within one week of your original service date so your hair can be visually inspected. We will make every effort to make adjustments at that time. If we cannot, we may reschedule you at a discounted rate at our discretion.

Product may be returned, unused, within 7 days for a full refund. Exchanges may be considered for used products or products that are not meeting expectations.

children

We love your kids, but we also want to keep them safe and help you relax. In the interest of everyone’s comfort and safety within the salon, children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service. If they are not supervised they will not be allowed in the salon. Children over the age of 10 are allowed but must stay in the waiting area, and must not be disruptive to others in the salon.

Because children’s haircuts can be stressful for children and disruptive to others in the salon, we will only offer children’s haircuts during limited hours.
